A Good Looking Plan (Did I Say That?)

It’s looking more and more like Barack Obama is going to make a good President where disability issues are concerned. He has a pretty comprehensive plan for leveling the playing field. I was hoping that a civil rights attorney would have a better understanding of what is needed, and he seems to have that going on. Now, if he’ll just mandate a combining of physical and mental disabilities, putting them in alignment here in Oregon, we’ll be well on our way to equality.
